Regenersis is a £179m company providing repair, refurbishment, remote diagnostics, re-commerce and recycling support to the world’s leading technology brands.

With sites in 25 countries, across 5 continents our role was to provide strategic branding direction to underpin their globalisation and integration strategy, bringing the business together under one corporate group image, with a strong brand message.

OBJECTIVES

To create a strategic brand campaign that would attract investment and drive share value.

PROCESS

Sowdens travelled around the world to mastermind the rebrand, in Poland, Romania, Germany, Sweden, Spain and Portugal.

The challenge was to unite this global organisation and strengthen the brand image as part of a high level sales strategy to attract multi-million pound contracts. Diplomacy and tact were key whilst working with multiple stakeholders, to unite them with a strong strategic direction.

A vision was created and then disseminated throughout the business. A programme of fresh, modern and innovative interior design installations from the UK to Europe and beyond were rolled out to promote the company’s brand values in a coherent impressive style.
