Connecting with hard-to-reach customers through strategic digital marketing
With ambitious sales goals, KCOM required a stand-out marketing campaign to attract 250 new customers from their competitors. To help them hit their targets, we developed a creative integrated marketing strategy, spanning multiple touchpoints – on and offline.
Engagement with schools, workplaces and the local community was combined with dynamic multi-layered direct mail activity, outdoor media in high-visibility locations and an interactive digital marketing campaign, all underpinned by a #KCOMSmile theme. Traction was strong, with 1507 landing page visits, a 57.6% conversion rate and 10,000+ views of the campaign video.
