A billion-pound investment to improve training and employment opportunities for London’s food sector
Amid strong competition, we won a competitive pitch to East London Food School – a bold new initiative to improve training and employment opportunities across East London’s food sector.
The East London Food School brings together education, industry and community partners to develop the skills needed for an inclusive, innovative and sustainable food industry in East London and beyond. The initial idea came from a partnership between Barking & Dagenham Council, the City of London Corporation and Barking & Dagenham College linked to the planned relocation of London’s wholesale markets.
Extensive stakeholder engagement and sector research was conducted to ensure the brand resonated with both industry and community audiences.
The marketing strategy resulted in a compelling visual brand identity and website that embody the school’s mission to champion sustainability, inclusion and innovation, whilst also celebrating London’s diverse culinary offering.
