Art is for all and, as a fully inclusive arts charity, Artlink Hull wanted a stand-out website with increased functionality and accessibility that reflected their new brand.
Following the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), we created a site that’s accessible for different audiences and offers greater functionality with a creative design for its users.
This required a series of important steps, including the creation of descriptive text transcripts, the production of descriptive and informative page titles and heads, and ensuring that users have the ability to change colours and font sizes to suit their needs.
Kenn Taylor, the Director of Artlink Hull, said:
“We’re really pleased to have a brand-new website that better reflects what we do as an organisation and will be more user-friendly for visitors and audiences. It has been great to work with an expert web design agency like Sowden + Sowden’s to achieve it.”
