We’re looking for a smart and self-motivated Marketing Exec, eager to develop their career and gain exposure to high-profile projects. You will play a key role in supporting our Client Services team to manage busy, retained contracts end-to-end in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

To thrive in this role, you must be enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to handle high volumes of work to tight deadlines, while maintaining a cool head under pressure. Previous marketing agency experience of 2+ years would be a distinct advantage.

The day-to-day

• Supporting the Client Services team with marketing and planning tasks
• Assisting with daily marketing activities and client support across all disciplines
• Proofing work to ensure it meets the Sowdens Standard
• Compiling and updating client-facing campaign plans and retainer sheets
• Managing multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously
• Working to tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

You’ll have the following skills…

• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative approach while taking ownership of your workload
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Committed to delivering excellent service to clients
• A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
• Copywriting and content creation skills (would be a distinct advantage)
